- open photoshop, and make a document that is 50 x 50 at 72dpi
- make the frames you want to animate in seperate layers.
- open the saved psd in adobe image ready/ fireworks depending on your cs that comes with photoshop.
- put the layers into frames on the time line and save as gif and as long as it's under 15kb you can put it on dA
